Big Glow
36in x 48in acrylic gouache on canvas
A disembodied head moves toward Earth in a radiant glow, marking the moment after the nightmare, where comets once chipped away at the body. Now broken free, the figure becomes the comet itself, returning to land signaling the conclusion of the narrative — a sudden wake-up call.
Two figures sit on a bench as the comet appears before them, pulling them out of the sleeper state. The moment exists between sky and the earth. Some would imagine a comet hitting earth as terrifying. I transforms the idea into awareness, and awakening becoming inevitable.

Drift off
36in x 48in acrylic gouache on canvas
Drift off celestial bodies floating in the are the reoccurring doppleganger figures in the water cyphering around the figure floating above. The water tide reaching high above the figures as they are wading in the water. or suspended and drifting in the air are those feeling of weightlessness. The open water and sky feel endless so including the bridge keeps the image grounded connecting us back to reality. The figure drifting towards the bridge feeling of gives us sense of conclusion. I didn't decide whether the the figure above to coming down or up I leave that up to you.

“Paralysis”
24in x 30in acrylic gouache on canvas
I have a long history of sleep paralysis. Your body and mind feels like it out sync the sensation feels like your trap inside you body. To express this experience, I thought about anatomical diagrams that expose the internal structure the body rendered both clinical and vulnerable alongside imagery of coffins and alien abductions, symbols of suspension and loss of control.
A thorn and rose wrap around the ribcage, reflecting the dual nature of sleep as both comfort and discomfort. A cosmic presence, like a comet, presses against the still body, slowly chipping away at its stillness. The work exists in the tension between rest and fear, where surrender to sleep becomes both intimate and unsettling

Speed Run
24in x 30in acrylic gouache on canvas
Running through the walls like the feels like the fun. The rules don’t apply here once again logic doesn’t work in the dream state making the bodies distantly moving through the brick wall in cartoon distorted faces like warped city

Windsor Hotel Mural
he concept for this mural centers on connecting themes of Unity, Philadelphia, and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. We envisioned imagery that feels celebratory. Featuring crowds of people parading through the streets, alongside fireworks and stars booming in the sky capture a sense of shared energy and community. Color blocking in red, white, and blue appears throughout the composition as a reference to the American flag.
While installing the mural in the Windsor lobby, I was especially aware of how the space brings together people from many different backgrounds. The intention of the work is to reflect that same sense of connection, mirroring the way The Windsor Suites creates a shared experience for its visitors.
Another key element of the mural was highlighting the cultural landmarks along the Parkway. Institutions such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Barnes Foundation, and Calder Gardens, along with iconic public artworks like the Rocky Statue and The Thinker, are incorporated as recognizable landmarks. These references ground the mural in place and create moments of familiarity for those moving through the Parkway and in and out of The Windsor Suites.

“Best Philly” Schuykull Yards Part 1: Victorian
11ft x 9ft Mural Cloth Mounted on Alumalite and cinderblock wall
I moved to west Philly almost 2 year ago during my short time here I’ve taken the time to get acquainted with the community in West Philly. In university city everything feels contemporary and new. When you pass 40th Street, you begin to see the original character of West Philly, and that was something I wanted to highlight with this mural. The Victorian buildings carry a regal, otherworldly presence, surrounded by the many character of the Philly people who lived here
“BEST PHILLY: A play off the iconic local saying, “West Philly is the best Philly,” or “West is best,” this theme will encourage our artists to illustrate all the positive aspects of the work and life taking place in this pocket of the city. From groundbreaking cancer research that will save lives to educational institutions that are shaping the next generation to new and innovative public parks and placemaking spaces to blocks and blocks of neighbors who take care of one another.”

“Best Philly” Schuykull Yards Part 2:
Clark Park
11ft x 9ft Mural Cloth Mounted on Alumalite and cinderblock wall
My second mural for this project“Clark Park”depicts a typical Saturday morning at the farmers Market. I often find myself at the park on the weekends drawing people and sometimes grabbing something to eat from the vendors. A lot of my mural work represents my appreciation of the people living in Philly. I love to create multiple stories with the characters. I allow the viewers to immersed themselves in the work
